Janet Lee has BA Combined Hons in Drama, English Literature and Philosophy, and MAs in the History of Art and Design 1880-1960, and in Psychotherapy and Healing Practice, centring all her studies on spiritual transformation, wellbeing and fulfilment. She practices as a Jungian psychotherapist and clinical hypnotist, after a career as a senior broadcasting executive where she pioneered national and international policies in racial, religious and personal equality in programmes and in advertising. She is a former National Secretary of the Theosophical Society in England, was a founder, guiding, director of TSE Charity, and is now a TS member attached directly to the International TS in Adyar, India. Now that the grind of governance has given way to the creative nurture of study, she continues to be an active supporter of TS scholarship, as well as brotherhood and internationalism across divides. She enjoys wonder and has travelled intrepidly.
