The Inner Path

The Inner Path

In this presentation I will show that there is a matching Inner Path of Practice which cuts across all the Religious Traditions of the world. It is a path of a comprehensive turning inward, away from the world and its distractions and towards the higher spiritual possibilities attainable by all human beings. This Inner Path involves certain techniques and processes which, I will argue, can be seen in most, if not all, spiritual traditions. I will track this secret path from Patanjali to the pre-Christian teachings of Jesus, to the Christian Mystical and Hesychast traditions, past and present, the teachings of Kabir and Guru Nanak and onward to H.P. Blavatsky’s The Voice of the Silence.
