Serapis Bay guided Henry S. Olcott, first through H.P.B. and later directly, to the formation of the Theosophical Society. He let Olcott know about the necessary arrangements for the
departure to India. Olcott had described him as “one of the most revered of our Masters… a Paramaguru.”
